€8 mio funding for Interreg project MakingConneQtions

Six high-tech companies are joining forces with knowledge institutions to develop new quantum technology and build a 70-kilometre test connection between Enschede and Münster. PixelPhotonics and the University of Münster are partners of the project. CeNTech GmbH is acting as associate partner. The cross-border project will develop new solutions for quantum-secure communication. Making ConneQtions is being implemented within the Interreg VI program Deutschland-Nederland and will run until September 2029.
